Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of IconForge (https://iconforge.work), operated by an independent developer (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
IconForge is a web tool that generates and converts app icons for iOS, Android, and HarmonyOS, and converts raster images to SVG. Image conversion is provided free of charge; AI generation and premium features operate on a credits or subscription basis as described on the pricing page.
2. Your account
You may need an account to use credits and paid features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
3. Credits and payments
- Credits are a prepaid right to generate AI images (1 credit = 1 image).
- Failed generations are automatically refunded; beyond that, credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
- Pay-as-you-go credits do not expire. Subscriptions renew until cancelled.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; subscriptions can be cancelled any time from your account page or by contacting us.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the images you upload and the icons you generate or convert. You may use them freely, including commercially. You are responsible for ensuring your uploads and generated designs do not infringe third-party copyrights or trademarks, and that generated icons do not copy well-known existing icons. IconForge performs format conversion and generation only and does not alter the copyright status of your source images.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use IconForge to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; to attempt to circumvent usage limits or free-tier quotas; to probe, scan, or attack the service; or to resell access to it. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. No warranty
IconForge is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that store submissions built with these icons will be accepted — always check the current guidelines of the App Store, Google Play, and AppGallery.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site; continued use after the “Last updated” date above means you accept the revised terms.
